My pricing is simple. For regular, off-the-shelf jobs, please see the list below for an idea of the typical fees charged. Please note, these are indicative prices only. For an accurate price for a specific job, I would happy to conduct an on-site inspection or survey.
For more bespoke jobs that may require more work, you will happily be provided with a written or verbal quotation that meets with your approval prior to any work being carried out.
The hourly charge for general heating and plumbing work is £60 per hour, per engineer. Any parts or materials required will be in addition to this.
For gas appliance servicing there is a fee of £70 for one appliance, £135 for two appliances, and £150 for three appliances (at the same address). Please note that all prices are subject to VAT.

| Repair a leaking overflow pipe | £95 | Labour and parts included, where overflow is repairable. Should a significant or unexpected problem be the cause of the overflow, the fee may be higher following discussion of the options available. |
| Baths and showers re-sealed | £125 | Labour and parts included, price includes up to two sanitary appliances re-sealed. |
| Waste pipes (above ground) unblocked | £130 | Labour included for one pipe blockage. Should any replacement waste pipes or fittings be required, the cost of these will be in addition to this price. |
| Faulty or leaking taps repaired (if repairable) | £100 | Labour and parts included, where taps is repairable. Should a replacement tap be required, the cost of a new tap will be in addition to this price. |
| Repair to an accessible burst pipe | £120 | Labour included for one burst or leaking pipe in an accessible area, ie without having to remove floorboards/fascia boards etc. Should the burst or leak be in an inaccessible area, see price further below. |
| Toilet flush repaired or renewed | £135 | Labour and parts included. |
| Replacement of customer supplied toilet pan and cistern fitted | £195 | Labour and parts required to fit customer’s own toilet pan, close coupled cistern and seat, to replace existing toilet. |
| Repair to a leaking internal stop tap | £95 | Labour and parts included, where taps is repairable. Should a replacement stop tap be required, the cost of a new tap will be in addition to this price. |
| Connection of dishwasher / washing machine to accessible pipework | £125 | Labour and parts required to supply and fit new connection to dishwasher or washing machine from existing water supply, assuming either appliances are not integrated. |
| Repair to a hidden or inaccessible leaking pipe | £230 | Labour included for one burst or leaking pipe in an accessible area, ie perhaps having to remove floorboards/fascia boards etc. Depending on the severity of the leak and any damage already done, options wills be discussed verbally with regards to a permanent solution which may affect the price. |
| Outside taps installed | £185 | Labour and parts included in price. Water supply for new tap taken from existing internal supply. |
| Kitchen mixer taps supplied and installed | £185 | Labour and parts required to supply and fit new mixer tap to kitchen sink. |
| Replacement of toilet pan and cistern supplied and fitted | £465 | Labour and parts required to fit new toilet pan, close coupled cistern and seat, to replace existing toilet. |
Central Heating |
||
| Disconnect and remove radiator | £115 | Labour included, and pipework to old radiator permanently capped off, assuming central heating system does not require a full drain. Old radiator disposed of, if required, for small additional fee. |
| Repair leaking radiator valve | £155 | Labour and parts required to supply and fit one new radiator valve. For multiple radiator valve replacements, please ask for a verbal quotation. |
Gas Appliances |

| Annual boiler service | £80 | See Gas Appliances page for an outline of what is included within a standard gas appliance service. |
| Annual gas fire service | £90 | See Gas Appliances page for an outline of what is included within a standard gas appliance service. |
| Landlord safety certificate (from) | £90 | A complete check to one domestic property for general gas safety with written record of evidence provided upon completion. |
| Gas cooker connection or disconnection | £95 | Labour and parts required to supply and fit customer’s own supplied free-standing cooker or hob to the same location where old appliance has been removed. For an installation where no gas cooker has already been in place, please ask for a verbal quotation. |

| Landlord safety certificate with up to 2 appliances serviced | £145 | A complete check to one domestic property for general gas safety with written record of evidence provided upon completion, plus a service of up to two gas appliances at the same property.
